Responsibilities included budget and schedule adherence, client liaison, liaison with participating Cameron project locations worldwide, reporting and QA/documentation process compliance. Operated with small, dedicated project teams handling system design, technical interfaces, engineering budget management, expediting and logistics.
Rolled out the first of Cameron’s new CAMTROL™ production control systems (for Shell Malampaya). Followed up with three concurrent West Africa subsea projects for new EPC client ExxonMobil.
Extensively involved in driving process and product improvement initiatives, Lessons Learned issues and representing the plant in client presentations. Qualified 2004 as a ‘Greenbelt’ in the Cooper Cameron Six Sigma process improvement program.
